Paolo Tomasi

From Rome, graduated in Civil Engineering from "La Sapienza" University of Rome, has gained extensive experience within the ENI Group: Director of Logistics Activities at AgipPetroli and later General Manager of Ambiente SpA (ENI's ecological company). He returned to AgipPetroli as Director of the Lubricants and Special Products Business Unit, then moved to oversee international operations as President of major subsidiaries (Agip Deutschland, Agip Espana, American Agip, etc.). He has been a Board Member of the National Consortium for the Management, Collection, and Treatment of Used Mineral Oils since 1994, serving as President since 2003. Under his leadership, the Consortium and its supply chain have grown to become a European best practice in the Circular Economy, boasting a near 100% collection rate of used mineral oil, all of which is fully regenerated.
